Day 84 - Blisters

Getting blisters on my hands these days. I think it has to do with how I grip the pull-up and chest dip bars, even though I have been cushioning them with towels. Anyone has good ideas how to tackle them? (Probably should have asked this earlier)

We're only a week away from finishing! Got a look at the final supersets and... the last few days look tough. Got to wonder why we're only doing supersets at the last week of PCP though?

To be honest I don't think I'm as fit as I could be. I'm training every day and very faithful to my diet but I guess sometimes change comes slowly. I look and feel a lot better no doubt, but I still suck at pull-ups, my upper body muscles still look puny, and definitely still seeing some fat around the waist. Overall I'm satisfied but I'll probably keep on training (probably not as intense as PCP) for a while after PCP ends, just to see how far I could go (if I don't regress back to the old me that is!)

I'm quite enjoying the jumprope sets... what has happened to me??????

  1. you can find some gloves things, the ones these guys with the huge biceps use to lift the 50kg or more weights. any sports shop should have them
