Day 87 - Superset me


Last week means superset time! Today's shoulder sets were quite a killer! I already suck at shoulder exercises and the doubling down today really gave me quite a lot of pain especially by the end of the shoulder flys.

That said, this may seem weird but I didn't find them to be that hard... They are definitely not easy and made me pretty exhausted, but somehow I didn't feel that it's my most tiring workout during the 3-month PCP period. The supersets also seem to do two things I like: 1) reduced time since we are forced to move from one to another which means, and 2) allowing some time for the other muscle to rest. Overall just glad they are not as horrible as I thought! (I was imagining them to be pretty bad though)

3 more days! I'll really miss this.
