Not much to say today, so time for random food picture! Here're some marinated mushrooms I made recently:
To make them I basically put some olive oil in hot pan, sauté mushrooms until they turn brown, throw some shallots in, and then pour some vinegar (I used balsamic vinegar) and cook it for a little while. After that spoon them into a bowl (I threw some tarragon in as well), and let the mushrooms cool.
This week's exercise seems to be harder, again. Doing the chest dips, then push ups was hard enough already, then the followup standing ovation made me barely able to lift my arm afterwards...
Weekly photo up. Can feel myself getting a little slimmer and stronger week after week, but Patrick was right about the visceral fat! There're definitely still some flabby parts on my abs while my other parts seem to be slimming out. Can't wait to see them gone! ("fondly" of course)
