Felt pretty good today. After almost two weeks of swimming finally tried jumping ropes again and managed to go through the whole set without feeling knee pain. By the end still felt a little tight around the knee area so just need to make sure to pay attention in the next few days when I try jumping ropes again. The actual jumping session kind of sucked. Tripped a lot more than before since haven't done any skipping for two weeks, and I realized when I trip and step on the rope that's just passing under my feet my knee tends to hurt. Maybe that's how I injured it to begin with?
Making good progress on pistol squats. Can kind of doing the right leg without assistance now but my balance is still wobbly.
Judging by how tired I am after each exercise I'm guessing that my legs are the strong part as I don't have too many issues with floor jumps and pistol squats. My chest and abs are alright except for the planks which have me moaning and swearing by the last set. My arms and especially the shoulders on the other hand tend to tire out way before I finish the set. My back isn't so hot either as I can still only do a few pull-ups and the incline pull-ups hurt a lot as well.
Other PCPers, which exercise usually tires you the most?
Legs and pushups get me to the point where I can't stand almost.
ReplyDeletelegs are killing me,... floorjumps are the worst!
