Let's see what I had today: egg, something, egg, something, egg, egg, something, egg. See a pattern there? I like eggs so it's not a big deal, but the amount of eggs I have to buy every week is astonishing. I'm like buying 2 dozens of eggs every 4 days now...
On the other hand it's nice not to have to weigh our vegetables though. Saves some of the hassle (but then we have an additional post-workout meal so I guess that balances it out...)
The exercises are getting harder, as usual... Is is just me or did my arms almost get more tired than my abs during the kung-fu sit-ups?
