- Diet: As suspected, the actual food is not the biggest problem. The apple dinner is getting on my nerve though. It's getting both a little boring and I'm longing for a "normal" meal at the end of the day. That said the most annoying part is the time commitment of having to make sure I have food prepared every single day and in some days I just don't feel like doing it. Also kind of becoming a hermit. Not that I don't go out but when you can't really eat at a restaurant it limits your options a lot. Ended up eating out a few times but only reserving these for special occasions.
- Cooking: Did manage to hone my cooking skills a bit and realize I don't have to put salt in everything to make them taste good. Do miss using soy sauce, my wok, deep frying, butter, sesame oil, or just throwing everything in without having to carefully weigh everything out.
- Exercises: Getting better at jumping rope I guess. Still running out of breath a little bit, and tripping frequently. I just got used to tripping and keep on jumping. The workouts are definitely getting harder and longer! Some days I just get completely exhausted by the end of the whole thing.
- Most hated exercise: Planks
- Least hated exercise: Floor jumps (yes I actually like these)
- Thing I dont' want to repeat: Injuring my knee. It sucked.
- Really? We're halfway done? Or does that mean we still have half of this stuff to do? (I'm also sure in a few weeks we'll get another "the 'real' PCP starts now" email)
Today's chest workout killed me! We got a pretty big jump in number of push-ups plus chest dips! Better get some sleep to recuperate.

You are more than halfway there!! Keep it up 加油 加油!
ReplyDeleteFor me flor jumps are the hardest. I go all the way down to squat position but often can only do 10 then 10 sec break then do 7 more. My weak link is also the dinners. They suck. I have to just work though it. No socializing, no eating out, just hungry and sleep. If I do this then loose weight otherwise I stay the same weight.
