Day 56 - E6g

New Diet: 6 eggs a day... seriously? I guess I really need to build those muscles, and don't have a body type that grows muscles easily... (Makes sense I guess since I have remained skinny but not particularly muscular throughout my early life)

Thursday is like a vacation these days. No workouts!

Anyway just some random food I have been making recently:

Chicken salad sandwich. Discovered that you can substitute yogurt for mayonnaise for a low-fat PCP-complaint chicken salad:

Corn salad with cherry tomatoes:


Meatball with lemongrass etc:

  2. It all looks delicious! Be honest though... how was the yogurt substituted for mayonnaise?

  3. The yogurt was actually quite decent. It's mostly there to provide the creamy texture anyway.
