Kind of feeling sore all over the place today. Maybe I wasn't getting enough sleep? I was staying up a little late already and somehow woke up 1 hour before I intended to, felt really tired but couldn't fall back asleep... Exercises were alright today, with the shoulder portion still killing me. I guess my shoulders are just that much weaker than my abs, triceps, etc or are the forward shoulder raises just that hard?
Shoulders are hard and if you haven't trained them in the past just go light and get the movement down so you feel a good burn. Then later you can use heavier weight. I worked on my shoulders a lot in the past and remembered when I first started I could hardly lift 2 pounds! It has a lot to do with the rotation of your shoulder. Even do the Davincis with just your arms, and do 30 reps, your shoulders will feel it.
