Woke up early to skip rope today and I think I was actually enjoying it despite the increase of number of skips! After watching some youtube videos and adjusting my rope, I think I can finally skip more than 30 times before tripping myself now. Still tripping myself and running out of breath but definitely an improvement! I extended my arms a little bit and made sure to only use the wrist. The ropes were swinging faster than before but somehow I found that easier to get into the rhythm. Finding a quiet park with no one to disturb me helped too.
Maybe because of this I was full of energy at work today and didn't quite feel the need to indulge in caffeine :)
Diet-wise sticking to good old ordering a full lunch and splitting it into two meals.
