... Not. It was the start of week 5 which marked the start of the "real" PCP, which means "no longer have normal life or dinner". Here's the whole thing:
Take a wild guess which plate was mine? Yup, fruits and egg white for dinner only this week. That said it's actually not too bad other than the psychological of not having a "real" dinner. I'm eating enough food in the morning and afternoon so by dinner time I'm usually not terribly hungry. I guess I should start calling these supper instead? I'm also weirdly slightly relieved as now I don't actually have to spend much time preparing dinner as it's just so plain. Will still try to see if I can find interesting ways to prepare them though. The obvious option was making a smoothie and that was quite good.
Weekly photo is up. Patrick told us not to record our weight but I'm doing it anyway (sorry Patrick I'm just an archivist by heart). Will definitely try not to obsess about them though.
yummy!!
ReplyDeleteThe funny thing is I would rather eat your menu rather than the other stuff. Looks better. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it!
ReplyDeleteActually the picture may not have been clear but the other food was pretty good stuff and mostly PCP compliant before that day. Just roasted asparagus, fried mushrooms, some minced meat, and zucchini (not the fries of course). Too bad the new week already started!
