Day 16

We're at week 3! With week 3 comes new set of exercises and reduced carbs in our diet.

About the exercises I was quite surprised to find out that previously the push-ups were supposed to be done on the knees as I have only done them on the toes before. Does that mean I should keep with the previous number of push-ups on toes, or use the new reduced number of reps?

Not seeing a lot of changes yet in the body but do feel that some of the muscles got bigger, especially around the arms and chest areas. Would really love to see some of the bulk around my waist to be gone though...

Weekly pictures up and weighed in at 75.1 kg / 165.6 lbs, at 18.8% body fat. This was a little disappointing as I actually gained a little bit of weight over last week. I guess week 2 was the start of our diet and next few weeks we'll start seeing a drop in food intake so we should see weight loss then?

  1. I think up to now we have been preparing our bodies for the next phase, the "Weight loss phase" I am also the same weight, and little change around the mid section, but feel 4 more weeks and there will be a big change.

    Keep it up! this is where most people give up I recon.
