We're almost through with PCP for 1 week! Here's some celebratory sake for everyone:
Basically went to a Japanese restaurant and they had $1 sake! We ended up ordering a few bottles of these. Only had a few sips, but they definitely tasted wonderful knowing that I won't be able to enjoy that too much in the near future!
Otherwise nothing much to report on the exercise front. Still tripping (thought not as often) and running out of breath when skipping ropes, and the strength training weren't too bad. I'm looking forward (not) to the 500 skips tomorrow!
Food-wise had half a meal which was left over, and ordered a sushi roll for dinner. Normally I would at least order 2-3, but somehow I was fine and don't feel too hungry. It's flexible your stomach can be in adjusting to how much you eat.
Trying really hard to not read ahead and open the Day 8 email! I'm seeing a lot of replies already but must be a good boy and wait till tomorrow! PCP is all about resisting temptations and not giving in!
