4 weeks of PCP down! Apparently this is when the real "real" PCP starts. After looking through the exercises and diet it definitely looks that way. I bet those elevated dips would be fun to do. That said the dinner confused me a little bit. We used to have vegetables for dinner and fruits for snacks, and now it's reversed. Wonder if there's a reason for that.
My right knee has been hurting for the past few days and today it was really acting up. A little annoyed and worried as it was hurt before PCP but was getting better. Hope I'm not triggering some old injury there. May try to substitute tomorrow's jump rope session with long walk instead. Speaking of jumpropes, seems like we're almost hitting the ceiling! The whole week would be around 1300-1400. Was wondering if the number would keep going up.
Tried making fruit smoothie in the morning the other day, and it was good! Thanks for the suggestions.
