Day 9

Not much to report today. Spent quite some time browsing the web for PCP-compliant recipes. Ended up making chicken pot with ginger and scallions. Usually I marinate with soy sauce and sesame oil but since we can't use either, I just seasoned them with black pepper and cumin. After that, just fill the bottom of a pot with chopped ginger and scallions, then cover with the seasoned chicken. Cook in medium low heat till the chicken is cooked through.



The exercises were easier today probably because we didn't have to do incline pull-ups, but are we supposed to use the same band for all the exercises? The rowing and standing ovation exercises were somehow not that tiring to me and I don't know if it's because I have to stand further (I actually don't have much space to do that). The forward shoulder raise though absolute killed me and my back kept curving which I know is not good posture.
